Mary Varnham's Mayoral Campaign in 2001

This campaign was engineered by Mary, Nigel Hutchenson, Dave Basset and myself. Mary had so much to offer Wellington that we all got very inspired to work for her. Screen Art printed up over 50 large format great quality banners with the film supplied by Megalith's large format camera. We had a big press campaign and brochures printed by Trenco all over town. Despite the most stylish campaign in town Mary got second. In 2003 Mary founded Awa Press, to publish high quality non-fiction by New Zealand and overseas authors.
